摘要
作者育成了超黄早4玉米新自交系H_(21),这一自交系取代烟单14、鲁玉2号(掖单2号)等中的黄早4亲本,均比原组合表现优越。研究证明,超黄早4的选育,涉及多个不良性状的改良和多个优良性状的保存发展,其基本材料的组成,既不宜排斥黄早4,又不宜采用一般的回交改良法。
The authors have bred several new inbred lines better than 'Huangzao 4', among which H_(21) was certified at provincial level and was approved by many maize specialists to be at the head of our country. The new hybrids produced by using H_(21)to replace 'Huangzao 4', one of the parents of Yandan 14,Luyu 2 (Yedan 2), Yandan 14, respectively, were better than the primary ones. The study also indicated that the breeding of new inbred lines batter than 'Huangzao 4' not only needed to improve many bad characters, but also to keep or develop many good characters. Though the base materials must include 'Huangzao 4', it was not suitable to utilize the common method of backcross.
