花生种子萌发特性与田间耐旱性关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 对花生在水分胁迫条件下,种子的室内萌发特性与田间耐旱性的关系进行了初步研究。结果表明,水分协迫条件下,花生种子萌发特性与田间耐旱性的反应基本一致。花生种子萌发特性与主茎高、侧枝长和生育期呈显著的负相关,与单株结果数和单株荚果生产力呈显著的正相关,与花生萎蔫次数、总分枝数和有效枝数相关不显著。 The experimental results showed that the respondence to drought enduring of the seed germination in 10 atmosphere as simulated by solution mannitol is elementary in accordance with that of peanut plants under field drought condition.The seed germination is significantly negative correlated with height of stem, length of side branches and growing period, and significantly positive correlated with the number of pods per plant, but the seed germination has no significant correlated with the pod productive forces per plant, but the seed germination has no significant correlation with the number of plant wilting, of total branches and of effective branches.
