摘要
对国内1979—2008年间饮食文化研究成果进行了回顾,着重从饮食文化的定义、特点、功能、主要研究内容和研究方法五个方面进行了总结和评述,所得结论为后续研究提供参考。
On the basis of domestic achievements in cuisine culture research from 1979 to 2008, general reviews are made from the perspectives of definition, character, function, content and research method and the conclusions thereby drawn may be useful to follow -up study.
