摘要
通过水培试验,利用^(15)N示踪技术研究了夏播谷子生育中、后期对氮素的吸收、运转及其在体内的分配特点。结果表明,夏谷体内^(15)N的分配受其吸收时间影响,不同时期吸收的氮素在其营养上的作用不同。对穗部的^(15)N供给率以8月18日~8月24日(孕穗前期)吸收的为最高,其次分别为8月24日~8月30日(孕穗期)、9月5日~9月11日(开花期)、8月30日~9月5日(抽穗期)、9月11日~9月20日(灌浆期)、9月20日~9月27日(籽粒形成期)吸收的。不同生育期吸收的^(15)N与全氮在体内的分配率基本一致,以分配于穗部的最多,其次为根,茎,上、中位叶片,下位叶片。其中孕穗前期和孕穗期吸收的^(15)N在上位叶的分配率大于中位叶片,8月30日~9月11日吸收的^(15)N在中上位叶片的分配率几乎相同,但茎的分配率却大于根.
The present work was undertaken to investigate the effect of nitrogen at the different growth stages in summer millet plants(Setaria italica Beauv)on the nitrogen levels in the ears, stems, roots, uper and middle and lower leaf, and furthermore to establish nitrogen translocation and distribution into the various plant parts. For those purposes, labelled fertilizer N applied to summer millet as potassium nitrate or calcium nitrate(at 140ppm N)was used as a tracer in water culture technique at six growth stages. The results obtained are as follows: When the plants are harvested, about 50%~60% labbled fertilizer N were distributed in the ears at any growing stages except ripening period (46.1%).In the roots, stems, uper.middel and lower leaf about 12%~19%, 14%~18%, 5%~7%, 4%~9% and 1%~3% labbled fertilizer N were distributed individually. The distribution of nitrogen in organs of plant were affected by the application time of nitrogen fertilizer.The distribution(%) of N absorbed at various growing period were similer to that of total nitrogen in organs of plant.The distribution percentage of ^(15)N absorbed at befor booting and booting period were higher in uper leaf than in middle leaf and it were almorst same in middle and uper leaf at heading and flowering period, but it was higher in stems than in roots.
