中国股票市场作为一个新兴加转轨市场,走过了19年超常规发展之路。超常规发展的股票市场,其主流文化是投机文化,高风险是这种文化的必然结果。在投机文化主导下,投资者之利益难以得到有效保护,"公开、公平、公正"之原则难以有效维护,股票市场之稳定、健康与和谐发展难以充分实现。
Chinese stock market has nineteen - yean history. AS a new - established transitional market, it undergoes hyper - normal development. Speculatiou culture is essential aspect in such stock market. High risky is inevitable outcome of speculation culture. Investors＇ profits are not effectively protected and the principle of open, injustices and impartiality is hard to maintain in Chinese stock market. These problems hinder stable, healthy and harmonious development of stock market.
