狼疮肾炎患者尿液中生物标记物研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus，SLE）是一种多器官系统受累的自身免疫性疾病。肾脏为最常见的受累脏器，早期诊断狼疮肾炎（LN）对LN患者的治疗和预后有重要意义。尿液是一种易获得、易保存的无创性生化物，用尿液标记物反映LN的活动性、病理分型成为国内外学者的研究热点。以下就研究比较集中的尿液中几种标记物进行综述。
