摘要
特发性炎性肌病(innammatory myopathy,IIM)是一种以四肢近端肌受累为主要临床表现的自身免疫性疾病,临床上以多发性肌炎(polymyositis,PM)和皮肌炎(dermatomyositis,DM)最常见。
