摘要
研究了模铸过程中气隙的产生、分布规律.数学模型包括两部分:1)计算纯金属凝固传热;2)计算金属冷却收缩.经计算得到,同一点不同时间气隙的变化规律是:首先逐步形成较宽的气隙,而后变窄,完全凝固后气隙才再次变宽;同一时间气隙的变化规律是:离角部的距离越大,气隙越窄,离角部的距离越小,气隙越宽.经实验验证,模型成立.
In this paper,the regularity of the gap formation and distribution is studied by a mathematical model.The model includes two parts∶the first is to compute the heat transfer during pure metals solidification;the second is to compute comtraction of metals solidification.Some comclusions are gotten from the computation∶the regularity of the gap formation at the same point with different time is that the gap gets wide continuely,then turns narrow step by step,and until the solidification finishes it turns wide finally;if at the same time,however,the farther is the distance to the corner,the narrower is the gap;to the contrary,the nearer is the distance to the corner,the wider is the gap.The model is supplied by the experiment.
