摘要
保护渣采用熔融法制样,用X射线荧光光谱仪对保护渣中CaO、SiO2、TFe、MgO、Al2O3、MnO进行定量分析,建立每个成分的工作曲线,并对6个成分进行基体校正回归计算,此方法的建立与应用可减轻用化学法分析的劳动强度,提高分析速度和工作效率。
The samples of mould powder are made by the smelting method.The contents of CaO、SiO2、TFe、MgO、Al2O3 and MnO in powder are analyzed quantitatively by the fluorescence spectrometer of Xray,operation curves are established for every composition and matrix calibration regression calculation are done for the six compositions.Establishment and application of this method can lower labour intensity of chemical analysis and increase the analysis velocity and working efficiency.
