摘要 CAD/CAE是一门非常重要的计算机工程应用技术之一。该文利用ANSYS软件的二次开发语言——APDL开发了圆柱齿轮数值模拟仿真专用系统。系统操作界面简单,用户直接点击窗口上相应按钮即可方便直观地实现齿铃参数化模型的建立、网格划分、有限元强度计算及结果云图查看。该系统可以让工程技术人员快捷地对结构相同,尺寸相似的圆柱齿轮系列产品进行计算机辅助设计和有限元分析,具有很好的工程实际应用价值。 CAD/CAE is one of the most important computer engineering application techniques. In this paper, by using the secondary development language: APDL (ANSYS Parametric Design Language), the columnar gear simulation system is developed successfully. The system operating intefface is simple, and the establishment of the gear parametric model, meshing, finite element intensity calculation and post-processing can be finished very conveniently through clicking the button on the interface. This special module could be used by engineers and technicians to perform computer aided design and finite element analysis of the series columnar gears with same structures but similar size quickly and easily, and this simulation system has a good practical application value.
