FOLFOXIRI方案治疗转移性结直肠癌的近期疗效 被引量：3

摘要 目的:探讨FOLFOXIRI方案治疗转移性结直肠癌的疗效。方法:156例患者分为4组,46例给予FOLFOXIRI方案治疗(A组),38例使用FOLFIRI方案治疗(B组),40例使用FOLFOX7方案治疗(C组),32例使用DPOF方案治疗(D组),均给予6个周期治疗。观察患者治疗前后血清肿瘤标志物的动态变化和无进展生存期以及副反应、血常规变化。结果:A组有效率为45.6%,疾病控制率89.1%;B组有效率为44.7%,疾病控制率78.9%;C组有效率为45.0%,疾病控制率80.0%;D组有效率为46.8%,疾病控制率81.2%。4组肿瘤标志物的浓度治疗前后均有明显变化,以A组最为显著(P<0.05)。结论:FOLFOXIRI方案治疗转移性结直肠癌具有更高的疾病控制率。
