文章分析了工程实施阶段造价管理的3个环节:招标管理、施工管理和结算管理,并根据分析结果提出控制工程造价的有效措施。
The paper analyzes three parts of the cost management at the implementation phase of construction projects, tender management, construction management and settlement management, proposing some effective measures.
