摘要
介绍了丙烯醛的主要制备方法,包括甲醛乙醛缩合法、甘油脱水法、丙烯氧化法和丙烷氧化法等在内的丙烯醛合成工艺及其催化剂研究,并对这几条工艺路线进行了对比。其中丙烯氧化法是工业应用最广泛的,而丙烷氧化法则有很好的发展前景。
The synthesis and producing process of acrolein are introduced, in which the emphasis is put on the routes of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde condensation, glycerin dehydration, propylene oxidation and propane oxidation etc., and the catalysts for above synthetic reactions are presented and compared. Among which, the propylene oxidation is widely used in industry, and the propane oxidation would have a good development tendency in the future.
