摘要
正己烷是当前广泛使用的重要有机溶剂和化工原料。基于国内目前无法生产大量高纯度的正己烷满足需求,本文中就近年来精馏、萃取精馏、共沸精馏、分子筛吸附等国内外正己烷生产纯化工艺的实验室及工业研究进展、萃取精馏回收正己烷的工艺特点以及可行性分析和改进进行了概述。
Hexane is one of important organic solvents and chemical materials widely used in production and scientific research fields. The research progress is made in the production, purification technology and equipment for hexane including rectification,extractive distillation, azeotropic distillation, molecular sieve adsorption etc. at home and abroad in recent years. And the characteristics, feasibility and improvement in the extractive distillation process for hexane purification are also analyzed.
