摘要
本项研究通过方法比较、灵敏度基线的确定、菌种采集、保存等方法,建立了小麦白粉菌对三唑酮抗药监测的配套技术。经对辽宁新城子区等21个采样点的306个小麦白粉菌单孢子堆分离系进行了针对常规药剂三唑酮的抗性测定。与野生敏感菌的灵敏度基线相比较,90%以上被测菌系MIC均在2倍基线值以下,少数菌系达到5倍基线值。而已发现抗药菌系的山东烟台47.9%被测群体的灵敏度在5倍基线值以上,大于7倍基线值的占3.2%。说明:辽宁、湖北、河南的小麦白粉菌群体对三唑类杀菌剂的灵敏度已呈下降趋势,但与烟台地区相比较,这种灵敏度下降仍为初级阶段。
The resistance of B.graminis, which caused powdery on wheat to triadimefor, was monitored by the measure of the sensitivity baceline value, pathogen collection and reservation, 306 isolates which obtained from 21 regions including xingchengzi district, Shenyang, was tested. Compared with wild sensitive pathogen, the MIC of 90% of the isolates was under value of two times as high as the baseline value, a few of them even five times of that. The resistant isolates in Yantai city, Shandong province, which was 47.9% of the population above the evalue of 5 times. This indicated the sensitivity of B. graminis population to triazoles in Liaoning, Hubei, Henan provinces tended to drop. However, the sensitivity dropping, is still in primary stage.
