摘要 从18例棘球蚴病人的包囊分离棘球蚴细胞,经36批次体外培养获得1株细粒棘球蚴细胞系(13G-5细胞系),已培养140d,传21代,并继续扩大增殖培养。测定了该细胞系第13代细胞生长曲线和集落形成率(4%)。13G-5细胞系5代以前为多形性细胞,后逐渐以成纤维型细胞占优势。探讨了棘球蚴细胞培养的制约因素。 The Echinococcus larvae cells were obtained from the echinococcal cyst excised surgically from patients with liver echinococcosis. Primary cell cultures were set up 36 times, but only the cell line of E granulosus (13G 5) from a 7 year girl was subcultured successfully. The growth curve of the 13G 5 cell line and its plating efficiency (PE) at passage 13 were determined. Though cells of 13G 5 cell line survived for up to 140 days and subcultured 21 passage up to date they had still been multiplying well in vitro. The cultivated cells before passage 5 varied in size and shape, thereafter the fibroblast like cells in which came to be dominant. Some restrictive factors involved in the cultivation of echinococcus larvae cells were discussed as well.
