摘要
目的:了解重庆地区医院抗抑郁药的利用情况及趋势。方法:采用回顾性方法,对重庆地区16家医院2003～2008年抗抑郁药的销售金额、用药频度及日均费用等数据进行统计、分析。结果与结论:该地区医院抗抑郁药销售金额及用药频度呈逐年上升趋势,其中2008年较2003年分别增长97.82%和110.83%。临床应用以氟西汀居首,新型抗抑郁药已成为重庆地区医院临床治疗抑郁症的首选。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application situation and the development tendency of antidepressants in Chongqing area. METHODS： By a retrospective method, the utilization of the antidepressants in 16 hospitals in Chongqing area from 2003 to 2008 was analyzed statistically in respect of the consumption sum, DDDs and DDC, etc. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION ： The consumption sum and DDDs of antidepressants in Chongqing witnessed a year - on - year increase trend, increased by 97.82% （consumption sum） and 110.83% （DDDs） in 2008 as compared to 2003. Fluoxetine took the lead in terms of clinical application of antidepressants. The application of the new type of antidepressants has become the first choice in clinical treatment of depressive disorder in Chongqing area.
