摘要
在西瓜S3511雄性不育材料遗传学及细胞学分析的基础上,对其超微结构进行了观察,结果表明:次级造孢细胞在败育过程中,除细胞质壁分离、核解体消失外,细胞质中细胞器(如内质网、溶酶体、液泡、质体、线粒体等)的形态与结构亦表现异常,尤其是溶酶体及液泡的数目与形态的变化,解体核周围细胞质中长丝状或封闭环状的内质网复合结构出现等,并对次级造孢细胞中液泡系的动态、内质网的结构异常与败育的关系进行了讨论。
Based on the analysis of genetics and cytology on watermelon male sterile material S351 1, the ultrastructure studies were made in this articale, the results are as follows: During the abortion process of secondary sporogenous cells, except that the cytoplasm was separated from cell wall and nucleus disintegrated and disappeared, the morphology and structure of organelle (such as endoplasmic reticulum, lysosome, vacuole, plastid and mitochondria and so on) are abnormal, especially there were a large numbers of lysosome and vacuole, endoplasmic reticulum complex which was closed or thread-shaped appeared in the cytoplasm or around the disintegrated nucleus. The relationships between the abnormal of vacuome and endoplasmic reticulum and the abortion of secondary sporogenous cells were also discussed in this articel.
