摘要
介绍研制的一种位移测量传感器的基本结构和工作原理.该传感器在测试过程中有一个扫描圆盘不停地转动,使A、B2个光电转换器轮流受光而发出两列脉冲,通过检测它们之间的相位差计算出位移量,其输出值为“位移量与总量程的比值”
The structure and principle of the displacement sensor developed by the author are introduced in this paper. In the testing process, a scanning disc keeps revolving so that the photoelectric converters, A and B are illuminated in turn and therefore produce 2 series of pulse. The displacement value is calculated by testing the phase difference between pulse A and B.
