摘要
通过对223例单纯性室间隔缺损(VSD)修补术病例的回顾性调查,对VSD临床路径实施质量的过程指标进行筛选。过程指标包括一级指标和每个一级指标对应的二级指标。根据过程指标对VSD的医疗质量进行实时控制,分析医疗缺陷发生的原因;同时针对原因进行改进,以采取相应措施控制质量缺陷和促进医疗质量的提高。
According to the retrospective survey of 223 cases of ventricular septal defect repair.The process indicators include first level indicators and secondary indicators responded to every first level indicator.Based on the process indicators,the control strategies are implemented to analyze the reasons of the defects and to continuously improve the medical quality.
