摘要
在指出现有数字化装配环境存在问题的基础上,分析了数字化装配环境模型的特点。对不同CAD系统零件建立统一的模型数据转换方法,实现CAD系统与数字化装配系统之间的信息有效集成。采用"包围盒-八叉树"两层递进方法对零部件装配过程进行碰撞检验,响应零部件间碰撞和干涉的发生。在某传动系统上的应用表明,采用以上环境建模技术的数字化装配系统具有较强的实用性。
The disadvantages of current digital assembly environments were analyzed, some characteristics of assembly environ- ment model were given. The transferring method of model data from different CAD software was presented, which could integrate information between CAD and digital assembly system. Collision detection algorithm based on bounding box and octree was put forward to respond rapidly to the interference between assembled body and assembling part during assembly. The practicability of the above key techniques was proved by a gearing device.
