摘要
以1+3+X设计思想为指导,将可视化理论、有限元分析理论及非线性接触分析理论相结合,通过微机平台上搭建CAX辅助集成环境,探讨1+3+X设计方法在产品功能性研究及再设计过程中的应用。利用这一方法完成大型压缩机组用闭式叶轮部装结构的装配工艺性能分析、部装结构再设计工作,做到分析过程的可视化,结构性能研究的智能化以及对影响系统性能的结构参数的快速优化。
Based on the design theory, of 1 + 3 + X, which was brought forward by Professor Wen Bangchun of Northeastern Univer- sity, combined visual theory, finite element analysis theou, and nonlinear contaet theory to found the CAX of supplementary, integrated environment through the PC platform, the application of the design method of 1 + 3 + X in the functional research and the process of redesiolcd of the product ~as discussed. The method of the 1 + 3 + X was used to eonaplete assembly process performance analysis, the structure redesigning of the closed impeller assembly group which is used in a large-scale compressor. The method realizes the visualization of analysis process, intelligent research of structure and properties and optimization rapidly of key structural parameter.
