摘要
本文对汽车安全袋用高密度非涂层织物加工技术进行了探讨．通过纤维原料的合理选择以及纺纱、制织、后整理等工艺的筛选，成功地开发出汽车安全袋用高密度非涂层织物．从而对加工过程中的问题有了初步了解，并提出了解决方法，为产品的批量生产奠定了一定基础．
This paper introduces the processing technology of the high density non coating fabric used for the air bag for increasing the competitive power of our car industry. We were successful in developing the high density non coating fabric used for the air bag,by means of selecting rationally the fibres and optimizing the technology of spinning, weaving,finishing etc. We found some problems in the processing and got the solving methods, have laid the foundation for producing them in batches.
