摘要
本文研究了用中空纤维超滤技术从脱脂大豆粉中提取清蛋白的工艺,探讨了不同pH值、不同温度对超滤速度的影响和不同清洗方法对超滤膜性能恢复的影响.结果表明,通过超滤,原液固含量由原来的0.9%提高到20.8%.在该工艺中对膜性能恢复较好的清洗剂为碱性蛋白酶.
In this paper, the authors researched the recovery technique of soy whey fromdefat soya powder using hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes. The effects of differentPH and temperatures on the velocities of ultrafiltration are discussed. The recovery situations of the membrane performance using different washing methods were tested, the results show that the concentration of soy whey solution can rise up to 20. 8% from0. 9%, and the alkaline protease is the best washing material for this technique.
