以丙二酸二乙酯,硫脲为原料,经缩合,甲基化,氯化,甲氧基化制得4,6-二甲氧基-2-甲硫基嘧啶。并通过优化操作过程,改变反应温度,使总收率达到61%。而且产品质量提高。
Dimethoxy 2 methylthio pyrimidine was synthesized from diethyl malonate and thiourea by condensation, methylation, chlorination and methoxylation. By optimization of the operation process and change of the reaction temperature, the overall yield was raised to more than 61 % and the quality of the product was improved. The purity of product was over 99.0 %.
