摘要
考察了高山红景天致密愈伤组织颗粒(CCA)在5L气升式反应器中进行悬浮培养的动力学特性,得到了生物量13.23g/L,红景天甙含量0.354%;培养液几乎保持纯清,粘度变化很小,反应器内没有出现“发泡”现象。培养系统的传质特性较好,在整个培养过程中,体积氧传递系数kLa先呈增大趋势,后又降低。
The kinetics and oxygen transfer characteristics of suspension culture of Rhodiola sachalinensis compact callus aggregates (CCA) in a 5L air lift reactor were investigated. It was shown that a high biomass of 13.23g/L was reached, corresponding to the salidroside content of 0.354%. The culture broth almost retained clear throughtout the culture. As a result no “foaming” was found in the reactor. The mass transfer capacity of the culture system was good with the oxygen transfer coefficient k L a increasing in the early stage of cultures then dropping. It was confirmed that the significant increase in solid holdup of the culture system contributed to the variation of k L a during the whole culture period.
