气升式反应器培养高山红景天愈伤组织颗粒的动力学与氧传递特性研究 被引量:6

摘要 考察了高山红景天致密愈伤组织颗粒(CCA)在5L气升式反应器中进行悬浮培养的动力学特性,得到了生物量13.23g/L,红景天甙含量0.354%;培养液几乎保持纯清,粘度变化很小,反应器内没有出现“发泡”现象。培养系统的传质特性较好,在整个培养过程中,体积氧传递系数kLa先呈增大趋势,后又降低。 The kinetics and oxygen transfer characteristics of suspension culture of Rhodiola sachalinensis compact callus aggregates (CCA) in a 5L air lift reactor were investigated. It was shown that a high biomass of 13.23g/L was reached, corresponding to the salidroside content of 0.354%. The culture broth almost retained clear throughtout the culture. As a result no “foaming” was found in the reactor. The mass transfer capacity of the culture system was good with the oxygen transfer coefficient k L a increasing in the early stage of cultures then dropping. It was confirmed that the significant increase in solid holdup of the culture system contributed to the variation of k L a during the whole culture period.
