摘要
剖析我国计划经济体制时期和转入市场经济体制时期培养竞技体育后备人才机制的不同特质,指出竞技体育后备人才培养在转型期国家、集体、个人三方利益分化加剧、协调各层次利益机制尚不健全的状况下,应以市场经济调节为主导,促使各方在后备人才培养中利益明晰化、市场化、制度化,形成国家、集体、个人利益相互协调的新的整合机制。
By combining normal study with empirical study, the authors dissected different characteristics of the mechanism of the cultivation of backup talents for competitive sports in the planned economic system period and the market economy system transition period in China, pointed out that in the transition period the differentiation of interests of such three parties as the state, collective and individual in the cultivation of backup talents for competi- tive sports is aggravating; under the situation that the mechanism of coordination of interests of various layers is not completed, the authors set fort a new system guided by market economy regulation, so as to clarify, marketize and systemize the interests of various parties in the cultivation of backup talents, and to form a new mechanism of inte- gration in which state, collective and individual interests are mutually coordinated.
