摘要
通过对太谷县境内种植的白菜、甘蓝、番茄、辣椒、茄子、黄瓜、丝瓜等各类蔬菜田植物寄生线虫种类的调查,共从150份不同菜田根际土样和病株根系中分离鉴定出8个属10个种的植物寄生线虫。其中,普通丝尾线虫(Filenchus vulgaris)、甘蓝矮化线虫(Tylenchorhynchus brassicae)、马舒德矮化线虫(Tylenchorhynchus mashhoodi)、斯克里布纳短体线虫(Pratylenchus scribneri)、双宫螺旋线虫(Helicotylenchus dihystera)、扰乱滑刃线虫(Aphelenchoides confuses)等为山西省新记录种。
A survey of the plant parasitic nematodes on vegetables was carried out in Taigu county.150 soil samples were collected around the rhizosphere of tomato,capsicum,eggplant,cucumber,lettuce,towel gourd,etc.10 species of stunt nematodes belonging to 8 genera were identified,of which Filenchus vulgaris,Tylenchorynchus brassicae,Tylenchorhynchus mashuhoodi,Pratylenchus scribneri,Helicotylenchus dihystera,Aphelenchoides confuses were reported first time in Shanxi province.
