摘要
报道了啶虫丙醚对小菜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、棉铃虫的室内毒力,并从生测靶标、筛选剂量、药剂处理方式、调查时间、评价标准等方面探讨了二卤丙烯类杀虫活性化合物的定向筛选方法。该方法有利于发现该类二卤代丙烯类化合物的创制。
Toxicity bioassay for pyridalyl to three lepidopterous insects was reported. These insects were diamondback moth （Plutella xylostella） , beet armyworm （Laphygma exigua） and cotton bollworm （Heliothis armigera）. The directional screening method for dihalopropene compound were studied on selective targets, treatment dosage and action, investigation period and estimate standard. This method was helpful with discovering novel dihalopropene compound.
