摘要
论述了装备采购合同的内涵及特点,在此基础上分析了军事装备采购合同管理中存在的问题,就加强装备采购管理所应采取的措施提出了一系列建议。
Elaborated the equipment purchase contract connotation and the characteristic, based on this has analyzed the question which in military equipment acquisition contract management exists, on strengthened the equipment to purchase the measure which the administration center should adopt to put forward a series of proposals.
