摘要
通过在虚拟空间中重构被测实际要素,依据对应项目形状公差带定义构造包容实际要素的理想要素,利用虚拟技术的碰撞检测理论使理想要素包容区域逐次逼近对应形状误差的理论最小区域,从而得到精度在给定步长范围内的形状误差值;该方法符合最小条件原则,无需建立复杂的数学模型,计算结果精度已知,并可实现对所有的形状误差的计算,思想统一,便于理解与应用。
Reconstruct the real feature in virtual space and construct tnle feature that containing real feature according to the definition of corresponding form tolerances zone, then let the true feature zone gradually gain on theoretical minimum zone, thus get the form error value it's precision in step length. The method accord with minimum condition principle and the complicated mathematical model isn't must be founded and the resuh have knowable precision. It unifying the calculate method of form error so can be used to all, easy to be understand and be used.
