小学数学骨干教师对教师知识需求的调查研究 被引量:2

摘要 本研究立足南京地区,采用问卷法和访谈法,探究小学数学骨干教师对小学数学教师应该具备的教师知识的认识及其对教师知识的需求,根据调查结果提出了四点建议:1.通过培训,帮助小学数学骨干教师完善教师知识结构;2.将教师知识进一步分类调查,有利于提高培训内容选择的针对性;3.采用分层培训办法,提高培训质量;4.培训内容以教学实践知识为重点,发展教师教学实践能力。
