摘要
本文针对目前应用型本科学校"高频电子线路"教学中普遍存在的教学内容过时和方法落后的问题,提出将基于S参数和基于Smith圆图的电路分析设计技术引入高频电子电路的教学中;增加D类、E类和F类放大电路的分析与设计、高功率放大器的线性化技术、GaAs和LDMOS等器件的选型与使用等方面的相关内容,使得学生能够尽快适应现代高频电子线路设计的需要。本文还给出了高频电子线路软件实验和系统仿真实验的改革思路。
The content of High Frequency Circuit course is outmoded and teaching method is draggled at present. This paper introduce the concept of S parameter and Smith chart in teaching High Frequency Cir- cuit. The concept of class D, class E and class F amplifiers, linearization of power amplifier are introduced in our course. How to choose GaAs,GaN and LDMOS transistor is also given to help students fit for actual circuit design in modern wireless communication system project. Meanwhile, circuit experiment and simulation using software tools in our course are presented and advantages of simulation compared with traditional experiment are also analyzed.
