摘要
目的建立刺五加软胶囊的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别刺五加软胶囊中异嗪皮啶，用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中紫丁香苷含量。结果异嗪皮啶定性鉴别特征明显、专属性强；紫丁香苷的含量测定线性范围为15．90～509．μg／mL（r=O．9999），平均回收率98．56％，RSD为1．58％。结论所建立的质量标准研究方法可靠、准确、专属性强，可有效控制刺五加软胶囊的质量。
Abstract To establish the method for quality control of Ciwujia soft capsule. Methods TLC methods was used for the identification of isofraxidin, HPLC was established for the determination of syringin. Results TLC characteristic showed distinct and highly specificity, the linear range of syringin was within 15.90～509.0 μg/mL （ r=0.999 9 ）, the average recovery of syringin was 98.56% with 1.58% of RSD. Conclusion The quality standard was credible, accurate, highly specificity and could be used for quality control of Ciwuiia soft capsule effectively.
