摘要
目的探讨山楂中黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交实验法考察乙醇浓度、乙醇量、提取时间和次数对总黄酮提取的影响。结果物料比为1:10,用50%的乙醇提取2次,每次0.5h,山楂中黄酮类化合物提取的效果最好。结论为山楂最佳提取工艺的确立提供了科学依据。
Objective To study the best extraction conditions of flavonoids from C.pinnatifida Bge. Methods To determine the conditions of alcohol concentration and volume, extracting time and times by orthogonal design. Results The best extracting conditions were as follows: 10 times of amount of 50% alcohol, extracted 2 times for half an hours each time. Conclusion The extracting method can provide a scientific basis for manufacture.
