摘要
单颗粒线反应器法(SPSR法)是测定异形催化剂有效扩散系数和曲折因子比较理想的方法,SPSR法基本方程的求解已由Kubin等解决,导出的矩方程中包括了示踪物色谱脉冲--应答曲线的原点矩及中心矩。计算矩的困难在于要在每条色谱曲线上获取一系列示踪剂停留时间及峰高的数据,如用手工测量,需耗费大量的人力和时间,故其实用性值得商榷。本文叙述了一套在Windows下运行的数据处理系统,可对色谱曲线进行自动采样,并用Simpson法求出原点矩及中心矩,进而可用矩方程获得有效扩散系数和曲折因子。文中介绍了系统构成、采样卡、专用软件及色谱峰的处理。该系统已用于某种环柱形环氧乙烷合成银催化剂曲折因子的测试,其结果与稳态法测试结果非常接近。
The single pellet string reactor(SPSR) method is a reasonable method when the effective diffusion coefficient and tortuocity factor of the industrial catalyst pellet are measured. The partial differential equations of SPSR method was solved by Kubin atc., which created the need finding the absolute and central moment from the GC (chromatography) curve and using the computer for data acquisition and integral. The paper presents an automatic data processing system which finds the moments from GC curve and runs on Windows. It describes the system configuration, special A/D card, and software and its development. The system was used for a kind of hollow cylindrical ethylene oxide synthesis silver catalyst and the result was satisfactory.
