根据目前化工过程仿真模型的开发现状，提供了建立可持续发展的开放的建模平台的新思想，并给出了详细的设计方案和实现过程。
This paper presents a new idea about the building of an open model-building platform that can develop continuously. The design scheme and realization process is discussed in detail.
