摘要
二氧化碳与甲醇直接合成碳酸二甲酯是一条对化学工业和环境保护都具有吸引力的工艺路线。本文筛选了催化剂,测定了催化剂用量、粒度与反应条件对反应结果的影响,并定量研究了xD~T、xD~P的关系。对反应中出现的临界反应现象,作出解释;并提出反应分三步进行,其中第二步为反应控制步骤,认为甲氧基镁为反应催化活性物质。
The synthesis of DMC from carbon dioxide is an attractive process for both chemical industry and environment protection. In the paper, the catalyst was selected, and then the effect of the size and content of catalyst as well as reaction conditions were studied. Sixteen experiments were carride out. The relations such as XD ~ T.XD ~ P were studied- The explanation was made for the supercritical phenomena in the experiments. The reaction followed a three-step mechanism, and the second step was the control-step. Mg(OCH3), showed catalytec activity to the reaction.
