摘要
目的了解商丘市手足口病病原特征,填补商丘市该病的本底资料,为科学防治手足口病提供依据。方法对120份手足口病标本进行EV71、CA16及其它手足口病肠道病毒PCR检测。结果阳性人数34人,占38.2%(34/89),其中EV71阳性人数18人,CA16阳性人数1人,其它肠道病毒阳性人数15人。结论商丘市2008年手足口病病原体以EV71为主。
Objective Analyzing the pathogenic characteristics of Hand - foot - mouth disease （ HFMD ） in Shangqiu city , to supply this disease＇ s baseline data in this area . Methods using PCR to detect EV71 ,CA16 and other HFMD - relating intestinal viruses of Enterovirus in 120 samples. Result HFMD - relating intestinal viruses positive ones are 34 cases, account for 38.2 % of 89 Cases , EV71 positive 18, CA16 positive 1, the other viruses 15. Conclusion HFMD pathogen is mainly EVT1 in Shangqiu city in 2008.
