摘要 GIS与气象信息处理系统相结合,有利于研发表现形式更丰富、空间分析更精确的综合气象服务产品,而通用GIS开发技术与专业气象处理技术的有效融合是其中的关键问题,文中介绍了基于Microsoft.NET C#平台和ArcGIS Engine组件模式的专业气象信息可视化处理系统设计开发,有效解决了MICAPS专业气象数据与GIS环境之间的转换、共享和安全控制问题,并具有良好的扩展性.该系统在三峡梯调中心专业气象业务服务平台得到了充分的应用,并取得了良好的运行效果. The combination of GIS and meteorological information processing system is favorable to developing comprehensive meteorological service products with more rich present style and more precise spatial analysis. The merging of general GIS technology and professional meteorological processing technology is the key for this combination. This article introduces designs and developments for the processing and visualization system for professional meteorological information,which is based upon professional Microsoft. NET C # and ArcGIS Engine components. Several problems, including conversion between MICAPS Data and raster(vector) Data for GIS, sharing of MICAPS Data and security, are solved in this system which has good extensibility. The System has been used on professional meteorological service platform of THREE GORGES CASCADED DISPATCH CENTER, and performs an important function.
