摘要
以某型柴油机为对象,开展了缸内燃烧过程三维模拟计算,对其排放特性,包括碳烟分布、碳烟生成总量变化、NOx分布、NOx生成总量变化,以及燃油经济性进行了数值模拟计算和分析,研究了燃烧室结构和喷嘴参数对柴油机性能的影响.计算结果表明;挤压面积更大的燃烧室更有助于改善燃油经济性和排放;采用适当增加喷孔数、增大孔径等方法,尽可能缩短燃油喷射持续期,有助于降低油耗,改善排放.
This paper has introduced the numerical simulation and analysis of exhaust emissions and economic characteristics of fuel,including the distribution of soot and NOx,and the total mass history of soot and NOx,basing on the three-dimensional numerical simulation calculations of combustion process for a high intensified diesel engine,and the influence of combustion chamber structure and nozzle dimension to the performance characteristics of the diesel engine was studied.The combustion chamber whose extrusion area is larger can help to advance the diesel engine's exhaust emission eharacteristics and economic characteristics of fuel, and it also can decrease the specific fuel consumption and improve the exhaust emission characteristics by increasing the number of holes and enlarging the diameter of holes of nozzle.
