摘要
围绕研究变工况机械密封端面的热力学特性以及密封能力这一目标,进行船舶尾轴可控式机械密封模拟试验台架的设计,包括对密封试验台、介质加压装置、密封环端面温度测试系统、摩擦转矩测试系统、泄漏量测试系统和弹簧比压测试系统等装置的研制.并通过模拟试验,得到在不同工况下,转速、弹簧比压、介质压力对机械密封的端面温度、泄漏量、摩擦转矩的影响规律.
Aiming at the study on thermodynamic properties and sealing capacity of the face of mechanical seals,controllable stern shaft mechanical seal test-bed was built.Appliances have been developed including the test rig,medium pressurizing device,sealing surface temperature testing system,friction torque testing system,leakage testing system and spring pressure test system,etc.After the simulation experiment,the rule was found that the rotating speed,specific pressure of spring and working medium pressure had an influence on temperature, leakage and friction torque of seal ring side surface under varying condition. The test data is helpful to the design and study on similar kinds of mechanical seal.
