摘要
超低场磁共振成像技术是磁共振成像研究领域中最新的发展方向。与常规磁共振成像相比,超低场磁共振成像技术所需的成像磁体可降至mT级甚至uT级,不仅大大降低了设备的成本和体积,还能够获得普通高场磁共振成像设备无法得到的特殊图像,具有非常广阔的应用前景。综述了近年来超低场磁共振成像技术的发展概况,重点介绍了其中的预极化磁共振成像、质子一电子双共振成像、激光磁共振成像和超导量子干涉仪(SQUID)磁共振成像。
Ultra low field magnetic resonance imaging is one of the latest research directions in MRI.Compared with conventional MRI, the size of imaging magnet used could be in mT level or even uT level, which not only reduces the cost and size of the equipment, but also makes it possible to obtain special images that are impossible to get by ordinary MRI equipments. These features provide the ultra low field magnetic resonance imaging technique with very broad application prospects. Recent developments of the technique are reviewed with the focus being put on prepolarized MRI, proton-electron double resonance imaging, laser MRI and superconducting quantum interference device MRI.
