摘要
我国新的设计规范JB473295《钢制压力容器———分析设计标准》于1995年3月颁布实施。如何将有限元分析或实验应力分析得到的总应力场分解成规范中定义的各种应力类别是应用JB473295或美国ASME《锅炉及压力容器规范》第Ⅲ篇和第Ⅷ篇第2分册时必须解决的关键问题。本文提出应力分类的两步法和一次结构法,将它们和等效线性化方法相结合,给出了圆满解决该问题的有效方法。文中还阐述了应力分解的不唯一性、自限应力、约束分类和一次结构等重要概念。
A new Chinese design code JB 4732 95 “Steel Pressure Vessel——Standard of Design by Analysis”is published in March 1995.A key problem on applications of JB 4732 95 and ASME Code “Boiler and Pressure Vessel'Volume Ⅲ and Ⅷ 2 is how to decompose a total stress field obtained by the element analysis into different stress categories defined in the codes.In this paper,a two step approach of stress classification and a primary structure method are proposed.The key problem above mentioned will be completely solved by combining the “primary structure method'and the “equivalent linearization method'.Some important concepts are also explained. They are multi possibility of stress decomposition,self limiting stress,classification of constraints and primary structures.
