摘要
文化型主题公园有其自身内在的产品结构,产品结构的科学与否、合理与否与其自身的可持续发展密切相关。在对开封清明上河园产品结构进行区分的基础上,主要采取游客问卷调查和追踪调查的方法,对文化型主题公园不同类型产品的空间比例、游客对不同类型产品的认知以及游客游赏时间的分配等3个方面进行定量分析,得出此类主题公园静态产品、单向动态产品和双向互动产品共生的内在结构体系,并提出确定不同类型产品在整体产品结构中应占比例的原则,指出了文化型主题公园产品结构优化的方向和途径。
The cultural theme parks have inherent product structures, whether or not the structures of products are reasonable and scientific has a close relation to the sustainable development of the theme park. Based on the distinction of the product structures of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden in Kaifeng City, we mainly carry on a demonstrative study by adopting questionnaire and taking follow--up survey. The study finds that the cultural theme park contains static products, unilaterally--dynamic products and mutually products through three aspects of quantitative analysis to the different products of the theme parks which include the space ratio, visitors cognition and the time for tourists to visit. The study also analyzes the proportion of different products, and finds out the way of optimization for the product structures of the cultural theme parks. The proportion of the product structure is not static, it is in dynamic changes along with the development of tourism and tourist spending psychology. From the results of the investigations and observations, the mutual products of the cultural theme parks are still far from achieving the desired level and height, the proportions of mutual products should be increased. For the devolopment of the cultural theme parks ,we should strengthen the participation and experience of cultural theme parks.
