摘要
社会实践是提高大学生的实践能力、就业能力、创新能力和创业能力的重要途径,政府、学校、企业都应重视实习基地的建设。应把校园当作实习基地,提升学生的综合能力;以课题(项目)为载体,为学生参与就业实习打好基础;建立完善的学校与企业共担成本和风险机制,以保证学生顺利、安全、有效完成就业实习任务。
Social practice is an important way to improve university students＇ abilities in practice, employment, innovation and starting an undertaking. Government, universities and enterprises should attach importance to the construction of bases for students＇ practice. Campus should be taken as a base for students＇ practice to improve students＇ comprehensive abilities. Research projects should be taken as carrier of social practice so that students can lay a solid foundation for employment. It is necessary to build a mechanism, according to which schools and enterprises share cost and risk, so that students complete their employment practice smoothly and effectively.
