摘要
12条健康幼犬,经实验室检查确认无附红细胞体感染后,随机分为对照组和试验组,分别经呼吸道接种奶牛附红细胞体阴性菌血和阳性菌血,逐日采血,测定其红细胞感染率,并在红细胞感染率最高的时候,测定其生理、血常规及血液生化指标。结果表明,试验组(呼吸道接种附红细体阳性菌血组)犬体温、白细胞总数、总胆红素升高,脉搏、呼吸次数加快,红细胞感染率最高可达85%,红细胞总数和血红蛋白降低,1 min胆红素不变。而对照组上述各项指标没有明显变化。结果证明,呼吸道可以传播该病。
Twelve young healthy dogs which were not infected with Eperythrozoon by laboratory test were divided randomly into two groups. One was control group which was inoculated negative blood(normal dairy cow blood). The other was respiration system infection group which was inoculated positive blood(dairy cow blood infected with Eperythrozoon) through nostrils. The infection rate of erythrocyte was measured every day,and the physiology index,hematoloyic and blood biochemical index were measured at the summit of erythrocyte infection rate. The result showed that in the control group,erythrocyte was free from Eperythrozoon and all of the index was normal,but in the respiration system infection group,erythrocyte was infected with Eperythrozoon obviously, the highest infection rate of erythroeyte approached 85 %. The dogs manifested fever, increasing, pulse and breath frequency. The leukocyte number,serum bilirubin of dogs enhanced, erythrocyte number, serum hemoglobin fell, serum bilirubin in one minute was no change. It was proved that Eperythrozoonosis in dairy cow could be transmited through respiratory system.
