摘要 目的:研制一个计算机软件工具,解析符合医学数字成像与通讯(Digital Imaging and Communicationsin Medi-cine,DICOM)标准的图像文件。材料和方法:详细分析基于DICOM标准的医学图像文件格式和数据元素结构,在Win-dows环境下采用面向对象的设计方法,并用面向对象的程序设计语言VC++6.0设计解析软件。结果:本软件能够解析所有DICOM格式文件(DICOM图像文件、DICOMSR文件、DICOMDIR文件)以及NEMA格式文件。结论:借助本解析软件工具,可以帮助PACS用户迅速了解医学影像设备和PACS厂商的图像文件具体内容以便顺利实施PACS系统。 Purpose: A computer software tool was developed for parsing medical image files conformed to the DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine)standard. Materials and Methods: A software tool for analyzing the format and the data element's structure of medical image file based on DICOM standard was designed using Object-Oriented programming language Visual C^++ in Windows environment. Results: The software tool was able to parse all DICOM files including image files, DICOM SR (Structured Reporting) files, DICOM DIR( DICOM Directory)files and NEMA files( previous medical image file format). Conclusion: The parsing tool could help PACS users in understanding image file' s elements of medical imaging device and PACS and was useful in putting PACS into practice successfully.
