摘要
本试验利用密褐褶孔菌Gloeophyllum trabeum(Pers. ex Fr.)Murr.感染过的马尾松Pinus massoniana Lamp腐木屑及未感染过的松木屑饲养黄肢散白蚁Reticulitermes flaviceps(Oshima)初期群体。试验结果表明,密褐褶孔菌感染过的松木屑对黄肢散白蚁初期群体发育较有利。在一年的试验期里,50对成虫存活率为94%;产卵历期较长,平均121.82天,每对成虫平均产卵23.72粒,存活子代个体8.30头。而用正常松木屑饲养的黄肢散白蚁初期群体,50对成虫存活率为86%;产卵历期98.05天,每对成虫平均产卵18.95粒,存活子代个体7.85头。
Incipient colonies of R. flaviceps fed on pine sawdust (Pinus massoniana) infected with brown-rot fungus Gloeophyllum trabeum and on sound pine sawdust were made. The pine sawdust decayed by G. trabeum was a suitable kind of food for the development of incipient R. flaviceps colonies. On decay, the mortality rate of primaries was comparatively low and the total number of eggs laid by reproductive founders rose by about 25% within a year. It was also shown that the initial colonies compried more individuals and had a earlier tendency to produce a soldier on decayed sawdust than on sound sawdtst.
