摘要
目的：探讨鼻咽部纤维血管瘤术前治疗的方法、ＤＳＡ表现及可能发生的并发症。材料与方法：采用Ｓｅｌｄｉｎｇｅｒ′ｓ法，用明胶海绵栓塞鼻咽部血管的供血血管。结果：７例患者栓塞后术中出血明显减少，手术视野清晰，手术时间缩短。结论：超选择性颈外动脉栓塞可以提高肿瘤切除率。
Objective: To inquire method for preoperative embolization of nasopharyngeal angiofibromas, DSA features and possible complication.Materials and Methods:Seldinger′s method was performed, absorbable gelatin sponge was used to embolize suppling artery of nasopharyngeal angiofibromas.Results:This method was satisfactory on reducing excessive hemorrhage during operation, making operative field clear, and shortening operative time.Conclusion: This method was satifactory on raising the resectable rate of the tumor and authors considered that this method may be used in other hospitals.
